2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy-first principles. By default, we do not collect:

• Your contacts, photos, calendar, or messages
• Your precise location (unless you explicitly grant permission for park trip planning)
• Search queries or dictionary lookups (these stay on your device)
• Game scores or progress (stored only locally on your device)
• Browsing history or behavior across other apps or websites

3. Information We May Collect

a) Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us via email or the website contact form, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you.

b) Location (Sixty-Three: National Parks only)

If you grant permission, the app uses your approximate location to recommend nearby parks. Location data is processed entirely on your device and never sent to our servers. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

c) Anonymous Analytics (Optional)

We may use Apple's standard, anonymous App Analytics provided through App Store Connect (e.g., crash reports, install counts). This data is aggregated, anonymous, and contains no personally identifiable information. You can opt out via iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.

d) Advertising (Future Free Versions)

If we introduce advertising in a future free version, we will use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS), device information, and approximate location for ad personalization, subject to your iOS App Tracking Transparency choice. 4. How We Use Information

When we do receive information (e.g., your support email), we use it solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Investigate and fix bugs you report
• Improve our apps based on aggregated feedback

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only with:

• Apple — for App Store distribution and anonymous analytics (per Apple's privacy policy)

Our apps are rated 4+ and are safe for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Because our apps work offline, the vast majority of your data — searches, gameplay, settings — never leaves your device. Any data you do send to us (e.g., email inquiries) is stored on secure providers that meet industry standards. We retain support emails for up to 2 years before deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to:
